Objectives of the Position:

  • On line Technical support for Topcoat at RN site.
  • Support in achieving Consumption per car as per agreed values.
  • Support to achieve sales volume & value targets for the month
  • Line trials, testing & continuous improvement on line.

Main Tasks:

  • Supporting efficient planning of products and services.
  • Tracking of all measurables related to consumption, initiate and implement actions to control, as required.
  • Coordination between internal agencies as well as customer for successful development & implementation of technologies.
  • Regular updates/ information on customer and competition
  • Provide proactive technical support, for improvement and technical issues
  • Develop lasting customer relationships to identify business trends in and beyond the customer scope or respective portfolio.
  • Follow safe work practices as per BASF or customer norms, whichever is stringent.
  • Track & maintain color harmony to Master & Add on parts.
  • Recommend & support for block closure activities.
  • Provide timely reports to customers on line issues.
  • Provide monthly report for internal review & for discussion with customer
  • Coordinate between Lab & customer to resolve Field complaints, if any.

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position:

  • Professional Qualification (Degree / PG Diploma) in Paint Technology.
  • Working Experience: 4 ~ 6 years
  • Technical & Professional Knowledge: Able to handle customer independently, Product knowledge, Knowledge of Application techniques, Communication skills
