Coordinate and lead the team in order to contribute to achieving the desired results.
- Understand the end-to-end process and the impact of your activities in others.
- Approve payments.
- Provide support to the team in decision-making and to the manager in leading the team.
- Supervise and ensure the provision of services with high quality standards, through monitoring the management indicators defined for the team.
- Maintain and manage internal knowledge, ensuring up-to-date documentation, knowledge transfer and training management for new employees.
- Identify knowledge gaps, training needs, and workload balancing within the team, recommending changes in search of greater well-being and efficiency.
- Support in the formulation of team objectives.
- Actively provide feedback to contribute to employee development and evaluation.
- Gather needs and contribute with own ideas for continuous improvement and digitalization. Represent the team in the relationship with stakeholders (e.g. clients, legal entities, global communities, other HRS and Hub areas).
- Coordinate administrative and team-building tasks (e.g., vacations and other absences, backup plans and general communications, monthly meetings, and offsite activities, among others).
- Education: Graduated from University Careers related to the role to be played. Postgraduate/Master's Degree (is valued).
- Working Experience: 5-8 years of work experience and in similar roles in multinational companies. 2-3 years working with Payroll is a must.
- Language skills: Advanced level of English and Spanish.
- Technical skills: Advanced in MS Office tools and Knowledge of SAP is desired.
- Soft skills: Effective communication, attention to detail, developing oneself and others, demonstrating customer orientation, promoting sustainable solutions, planning and organizing priorities, resourcefulness and strategic thinking.
