As a Customer Site Service Manager (CSSM), you create chemistry by...

• Executing the Key Account Plan for the assigned customer/site to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Ensuring the creation of value for both BASF and the customer through effective collaboration and service delivery.
• Managing existing customer relationships while actively developing new partnerships to enhance overall service and support.
• Supporting the daily operations of BASF products within customer automotive assembly plants, ensuring optimal performance and application.
• Providing on-site technical and application expertise regarding product performance, including color management, defect identification, and necessary corrective actions.
• Collaborating with the BASF sales and technical team to deliver value through product technical support, problem investigation, analysis, and resolution.

If you have...

• A Bachelor’s Degree or a High School Diploma (or GED) combined with equivalent experience, enabling you to leverage your educational background and extensive expertise in paint applications to provide on-site guidance regarding product application and performance.
• Superior communication abilities that allow you to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels within the customer organization, implement action plans, and develop strategic initiatives.
• A strong entrepreneurial drive and business acumen, equipping you to identify improvement opportunities and to develop and execute plans that create value for both BASF and the customer.
• Deep customer knowledge coupled with an innovative mindset, enabling you to identify and promote technologies that enhance the integration of BASF products with customer applications.
• Strong leadership and management skills, allowing you to lead and coach a team, identify development opportunities, and execute comprehensive development plans.
