- Leading and orchestrating the IT solution ensuring compliance with current security and compliance requirements.
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into the solution design.
- Developing and maintaining the overall architecture for Salesforce and CRM digital solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Defining architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for Salesforce implementations.
- Creating comprehensive documentation of solution designs, including architecture diagrams and integration descriptions.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders and stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on Salesforce and CRM strategies.
- Selecting appropriate technology stacks and platforms based on Enterprise Architecture governance policies.
- Validating governance policies against requirements and collaborating with Agricultural Solutions Enterprise Architecture for adjustments if necessary.
- Continuously reviewing existing solution designs for risks and vulnerabilities, and providing suggestions for mitigation.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to product teams and IT Delivery Leads throughout product lifecycle.
- Staying updated on changes in governance policies, as well as new technology offerings to our environment.
- Stay current with Salesforce advancements, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 7 years focused on Salesforce and CRM solutions.
- Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security, and integration patterns and a proven track record of leading and delivering complex Salesforce programs and projects.
- Strong knowledge of CRM best practices, digital transformation, and customer engagement strategies.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong analytical-thinking, problem-solving skills and excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
