Legal Counsel

Job Description

• Draft and review commercial contracts
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory frameworks
• Provide legal support in competition law matters and in data protection and privacy-related issues
• Support corporate housekeeping activities, including document management and reporting
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance in business operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law from a reputable university
• Up to 3 years of experience in a corporate or law firm environment
• Strong knowledge of contract management, regulatory compliance, and competition law
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
