Responsible for sales support for polyamides.
Main Tasks:
Present Ultramid® products, provide training and support to targeted customers and distributor(s)
Promote and launch new products and push/pull them into the market under across the polyamide range of products
Technical service to help customers to convert Ultramid® grades smoothly
Handle sampling and qualification of Ultramid® extrusion grades
New business developments involving profitable Ultramid® grades, especially HV and CoPA
Monitor industry trends and gives input for new product development
Monitors and feedback competition movements – products and market development activities
Monitor machine manufacturers and activities with customers to understand new capacities
Supports to exhibition, symposium, brochure & leaflet, and market development activities
Handling of some of the accounts for sales
Job Requirements:
Education & Working Experience:
Technical background of polymers, master degree in polymers or materials engineering preferred, at least 7 years work experience in polymer relevant industry
Technical & Professional Knowledge:
Good understanding of polymer technology especially rheology properties
Preferred experience in managing development projects and timely completion
Fluent in written and spoken English
Qualified skill of case study writing
Experienced in polymer processing and converting
Able to identify, breakdown and solve a variety of difficult technical problems
Proven ability to work independently and influence stakeholders
